Individual divisions within DPB are efficiently coordinated to eliminate the communication problems and misunderstandings that can arise when working with several subcontractors.

Siting
If you still need to find a location for your new transmitter, DPB will determine the ideal site based on the plans for your mobile communications network. DPB will also manage the licensing procedures and finally negotiate the necessary contracts.

Planning and construction
DPB draws up all documents for submission. This includes the final documentation based on your specifications. Electrical and steel construction work is handled by special divisions and coordinated by the DPB project management team.

Radio relay systems and fixed network
To ensure the flawless performance of transmitter stations, DPB first does a LOS check for the radio relay system. Next the radio reflectors are installed and adjusted. The transmitter is then linked to the network with fibre optic or copper cables with the help of the construction division.

UMTS
DPB technicians will handle your upgrade from GSM to UMTS. In the process, we make sure that any necessary downtimes in existing network operations are cut to an absolute minimum.
